Happy Father's Day Dad!

It's Father's Day and this morning we woke up early before church to get in our 30 minute swim. The weather and the water was nice and Troy and I are glad to have that behind us. Now we just have knock out our 45 minute run. We're going to run sprint intervals at the track this evening.

The below video is an impromptu Father's Day message after our swim. To our father: Dad, thank you for setting such a good fatherly example for us to follow. We love you and thank you for being our dad. . . even though we had no choice. :-)
