Sunday's Training



Today, Troy and I both ran for about 30 minutes in spite of the fact that our training called for 60 minutes of running and 30 minutes of swimming. We're going to have to catch up on the training stuff tomorrow. We're scheduled for weight training only, but I'm planning to get my swim and bike in tomorrow in order to catch up from today.

It was quite a nice and relaxing Sunday afternoon.
