Aquaman (re) Cometh!

Our swim day consisted of us going to the aquatic center in Brentwood to kind of switch things up a bit. It was quite nice and we had a great swim workout that was followed by a 30 minute run. We're getting things really tweaked up for the competition for next weekend. It's getting exciting!
