Inactivity for the Day



In reading some articles about rest and recovery, I've realized that the best thing for Troy and I is to take a full and complete day and literally do nothing but rest and let our bodies recover. Troy's been having problems fully recovering from last Saturday, so we both decided to take it easy for the day.

We plan to pick it back up tomorrow and get a nice healthy ride in. Plus, when we get back, we're going to tweak our training schedule and ramp it up a bit for the Meat Pie Triathlon in Louisiana in late September. It's a constant learning and experimenting process. I love it!
